I've always heard that Ogeechee Heating & Air was a good company to have for your AC needs and I have used them when I needed something done as well, and they always did good work, but I'm really convinced when I heard about what they did for my 90 year old dad. When his AC broke down, and they heard about his situation from dads friend, some workers volunteered to go after hours to fix it. And they did. But a few weeks later it broke down because the system was pretty old. Anyway, they came back out to his house, and found out that he actually needed a new system. They worked out a price, and they ordered a new one. In the meantime, because of my dads financial situation, he cashed in 2 small life insurance policies to pay for it. He got the new AC, and dad was so pleased at how well it worked. Anyway, dad got sick and passed away like a month or so later. Dads friend talked to one of the owners at Ogeechee and explained his situation, they again did something that is unheard of in this world todayl. They reimbursed the money he paid so that the funeral would be taken care of. You can count on them to be fair, honest, and there to help people when they need it most. When I spoke to the owner and thanked him, he told me that it is not always about money, its about the people, which restored my faith in humanity. I may not have all the information that took place, but enough to know that they are great people. Thank you again Ogeechee Heating and Air.

I called on a Sunday and was informed employees were off on Sunday to go to church and be with their families. That alone gave me a good feeling about this business. Monday morning, as promised, a service tech called me at 8 and he arrived shortly thereafter assessing the AC situation and the part that was needed was ordered and installed all in the same day. The technician was very professional cleaning up after himself and going above and beyond to clean around my outside unit. I would highly recommend this company.

Ogeechee is far and away the Rock Star of Heating & Air.I've never seen a team of installers work so quickly, diligently and cleanly than these guys. A very, very long day and I rarely if ever saw them take a short break even for water. Working in the hot attic and the glaring sun they persevered and got it all done in a day. Courteous and good humored we wish they ran more than just a Heating & Air business!! Many, many thanks for restoring our faith in great workmanship!

Had metal duct work under the house from an installation about 6 years ago. It needed to be wrapped with insulation and all connections resealed. Also the plenum, formerly of duct board and full of holes was replace with 26 gauge galvanized metal between the package unit and the duct connections. A new duct cover of the same metal was custom made as well. The price, checked with a total of five vendors, Ogeechee was significantly less, yet the quality of labor was tremendous. Thank you to Ervin, who crawled under the house to do the job. Highly recommend this company. Check them last and you most likely will get the best price!

Everything went smooth and was professional. When Eli was finished I noticed that my thermostat screen was now backlit with an LED light. I’ve been in my home several years and never knew that was even a feature. Not having to turn the hall light on anymore to check the thermostat temp is worth the 5 stars alone.

Ogeechee Heating and Air, Inc. provided the best solution to replace my HVAC system and thermostat at a very reasonable cost, based on the 3 quotes I had received. The general manager listened to my concerns and answered my questions and recommended a system that best fit my needs. The team that came to my house were professional and did a great job with the installation of both HVAC and new thermostat. There was one issue with the air handler that, in my opinion, was an issue that should have been found at the factory. Ogeechee was able to get the new part to the install team in about an hour. Would recommended Ogeechee to anyone who is looking for an HVAC company to maintain or install a new system.

I had Ogeechee Heating & Air come out initially to install WIFI thermostats in my home. They answered the call quoted me a fair price, set an appointment, SHOWED UP ON TIME, and were professional and courteous. Several months later, I had them back for an emergency call on a weekend and Jacob the on-call tech came out and was again courteous and professional, Diagnosed the problem and got me squared away, temporarily until the part came in the beginning of the next week. They came out and took care of the job on time and as promised... These guys are wonderful to deal with, So I ended up giving them the business for my regular preventative maintenance as well. Derek was my tech for the routine maintenance and again showed up ON TIME and was courteous and professional.. Common theme with this company no matter which tech you have.I would highly recommend Ogeechee Heating & Air to everyone!

The service is very very very bad.the executives are so non sense they make fool of people that they r coming but they don't visit u even once either u make them 50 calls..they even don't pickup ur call and switch off their mobile .the higher authorities r also poor in providing the service.

What an amazing, honest and good company. As being a single mom money is tight, they were honest. I had many companies give me quotes for a change out from 14000 to 34000 and trying to upcharge me. Not Ogeechee air their techs and office staff was down right amazing. Would definitely do business again.

One of my smaller units was not cooling properly. They had someone at my home the next day and made the repair but I decided to have the unit replaced. Got a quote before the technician left. Crew came on time about a week later and everything was done quickly and professionally. I will be using them to do preventative maintenance on my other larger units.

VERY happy with the service we received!! AC started making a terrible noise and froze up early one morning. Called Ogeechee Heating and Air on my way to work and they were ready to come right out!! I had to ask them to wait until after lunch when someone would be there!!! The tech was awesome. He found the problem and called me, told me how much it would cost to fix and asked me if I wanted to proceed before he did anything. I WILL be using them again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our compressor went out less than 5 years in a new home. This was one of the companies our warranty holder listed. They were absolutely wonderful, well above expectations. While on the phone with me, the owner/ manager asked what the temp was in the house and said they were gonna bring some window units until the part came in.
