Very young technician came and he replaced our thermostat without asking as it was working fine to up charge us. The ac broke down again two weeks after he “fixed it “ and we had to get another company to fix it right. Don’t recommend.Update: owner reached out and refunded me the full invoice and said they were sorry this happened and that’s not how they conduct business. They made it right and I’d definitely give them another chance.
